MEET OUR TEAM

At Brit Custom we share a common passion for Land Rovers, most of all Defenders. We consider ourselves lucky to come to work each day making these amazing vehicles available to everyone who shares our love for them.

ANDY MACGREGOR

After more than 25 years in the power generation industry, which took him from his native Scotland to the US, Andy decided to finally pursue his lifelong passion for Land Rovers and turn his hobby of building and restoring vehicles into a full time career.  As a co-owner of Brit Custom he enjoys both helping to run the company and getting his hands dirty every day working on Defenders.

Karen MacGregor

Growing up in Scotland, with a diesel mechanic as a father who would have her at an early age help with many of his projects, Karen knew that her life would somehow end up revolving around cars - she just didn’t know when and how. Having a background in finance would place her ideally in the CFO position at Brit Custom but her roles extend to much more than that. She can be found regularly cleaning engines, dropping off and delivering parts around town and doing the many tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the business. Karen is a co-owner of Brit Custom and helping to restore these iconic vehicles every day is truly a dream come true and something her father would be extremely proud of.

Rich Ross

Rich is the lead technician at Brit Custom and has been involved with Land Rovers since the early 90’s when he was a Master Technician for BMW, running their quality control program for all Rover vehicles prior to shipping to the US Land Rover dealers.  Rich then relocated to Georgia to manage Port to Dealer operations for several makes including Jaguar as well as pre-export processing of vehicles to Asia Pacific.  Rich is a die-hard Land Rover guy and has been involved in many off-road events for Land Rover USA.  Now living in Kentucky, he is an integral part of the Brit Custom team and is constantly looking for ways to improve our build process.
